At 31 years old and 16 career, Justin Bieber is experiencing a moment of review of his own trajectory.
The singer, who is the father of a six-month-old baby with his wife, Hailey Bieber, vented on Instagram on Thursday (13) saying he feels a fraud.
“People told me all my life, ‘Wow, Justin, you deserve it all.’ But I always felt unworthy. As if I were a fraud. As if, when people told me I deserved something, I felt disguised,” he wrote.
“I thought, ‘If they could hear my thoughts. If they knew how little and selfish I am, they wouldn’t say it.’ If you feel disguised, welcome to the club. I feel unprepared and disqualified most of the time,” Justin concluded.
Crisis and supposed drug abuse
It is not today that the artist has been opening up on his existential crises on the internet. Last Saturday (8), he wrote, “We have nothing to prove. Only accept and receive. No one owes us anything and we owe nothing to anyone.”
In February, another encrypted message said: “It’s time to grow. Change is about letting go, and not trying more and more. Are you tired of trying to follow all the rules hoping to get the results you expect?”
In recent months, the singer has been raising rumors of drug abuse and mental health problems. Two weeks ago, he posted a photo smoking a bong, a glass pipe usually used to smoke marijuana. The post yielded negative comments and followers judgments. “Why don’t you take care of your wife and baby?” Wrote one follower. “I hope the baby is not inhaling this smoke,” commented another.
“In the American press, they started popping pictures of the allegedly sloppy -looking singer, back -eyed, and poor clothes. Along with the photos, speculation appeared if he was abusing heavier drugs.
In a note sent to TMZ in February, Justin’s press office classified drug abuse rumors as “exhaustive.” The note also said that the last year was “very transformative” for the artist and that he “cut several friendships and labor relations that no longer made sense”.
On March 1, the singer celebrated his 31st anniversary with his family and some friends at a river chalet in Idaho.
