Fabio Porchat elects the top five stories ever told in his program; See all

Listen to funny, peculiar and curious stories. This is the professional routine of humorist Fabio Porchat, 41, who, wherever he goes, is approached by someone willing to tell him some unusual experience. Since 2019, with the debut of what history is this, Porchat? (GNT), more than a thousand people, including famous and anonymous, have already made confidences – of them viralized in the networks.

It is not an easy task for him to choose his favorites. THE F5 He asked what it would be, and Porchat did not even hesitate to point out the best of all: Heloisa Perissé’s who called a namesake of his gynecologist and answered quite personal doubts, until he realized he was talking to someone else.

“Heloísa Périssé’s is unbeatable, perfect from start to finish, with turns, surprises. There would have to be the Heloísa Périssé award for best history,” he jokes.

Porchat also talks about the strategies to keep the program up after seven seasons, the plans for 2025 and the recent departure of Antonio Tabet from the back of the back.

This year you celebrate 20 years of career. What works would you highlight in this trajectory?

In 2005 it was my debut in the theater with Paulo Gustavo (1978-2021), but no one knew me. If I could elect the main moments of my career, it would be the back door in 2012; When I won my first talk show [na Record]in 2016, and what is this story, in 2019. There are three points of turn. The door published me to the people; The talk show made everyone realize that I could be a presenter; And the story program was a super sucess.

This Monday (17) you present a humor prize you created. What is the importance?

The I Love Humor Prize will take place on the 17th, in São Paulo, and 25, in Rio. I feel that he entered the taste of the artistic class because comedy never receives the glory. When we are indicated it is already a joy. The tendency is always to reward the drama. The comedy is the genre that generates the most recipe, brings more public to theater and cinema, makes people return to the rooms. Comedy needs to be celebrated, and such a prize ends up exalting already established and new names in the scene.

Recently, Antonio Tabet and Ian SBF left the membership of the Porta. Was there a fight?

There was no fight, which is great, because in a society sometimes there is a fight. These are just different paths being taken. They were on the one hand and we (me, João Vicente and Gregorio Duvivier) on the other. Now we have the door in our hands for a new phase, further strengthen what we have.

Do you see yourself in this project? Do you think of one day out too?

Back door is a safe place for me, where I can develop bold, different projects. This channel has gained credibility in these 13 years, the public knows that there will be something new from there. Sometimes we make mistakes, this is how we talk about creation, but we are always testing. More than a channel, the door has become a content producer with movies, series and skits.

What is this story, Porchat? It is a success. What are your five favorite stories?

What a hard question, we’ve had over 1,000 of them on the program. But I believe that the gynecologist of Heloísa Périssé is unbeatable, perfect from start to finish, with turns, surprises. The Heloísa Périssé Award would have to be best of history.

Could you name a few more?

I like what was told by the Kiko Mascarenhas, our first poop story (laughs). She is surprising, funny, different. There is no way to put aside Fernanda Torres, ‘totally drugged’, which turned to meme. And I like the anonymous. A girl who told a story that failed to lose her virginity on the honeymoon. It was captivating. It has the exorcism of the Melocoton doll that has fun too much. (Watch all below)

Do you believe in the longevity of the program? Something that wants to change, improve?

I feel the program has a long life, because telling and listening to stories is basic and works. Of course, in the seventh season, we always have to call ourselves in the best stories so as not to go down the bathing and let some or less come in. This year we will test to leave the studio, go to people’s house, do specials outside the station, at my house with friends. This gives a gas.

How is the selection of stories made?

For anonymous we have a research group that goes after it, but we received many on the internet by video. On the street they stop and say they have some good ones. Some say, ‘This story has to keep to tell in Porchat.’ It became a reference. I love it, because there are 120 famous and 80 stories of anonymous per year. Celebrities send by audio, but need to know how to tell. We already had some that did not enter because the famous could not tell.

And what are your plans for this year?

It has my comic piece of travel stories that I will take to Brazil and the world. I will pass through Cape Verde, London, Japan. April 20th will be the last time in São Paulo. It will also debut in April the Prime reality lol with the staff of the back door. I’m going to shoot a movie for the same streaming. And, of course, news in the back door.
