Known for papers in series such as “Nypd Blue”, “Chicago Fire” and “CSI: Miami”, Kim Delaney was arrested after being accused by her husband, James Morgan, of trying to run him near the couple’s property in Los Angeles, United States. However, he also ended up being detained by domestic violence.
The confusion happened over the weekend. According to the website TMZthe couple would have fought for days before prison. The situation intensified on Friday (28), when Kim filed a complaint of domestic violence against James. The next day, he left the residence, but, upon returning, the two argued again. Kim, claiming he was being threatened, called the police.
James, in turn, presented a video as evidence, which states that Kim tried to run over him. Both were arrested by the authorities and taken to the police station: he, by misdemeanor of domestic violence, and the actress, for criminal aggression with the possibility of causing serious bodily injuries.
The two, who have been together since 2021, will go through preliminary hearings before a judge. At this stage, the magistrate will inform the defendants on the accusations, the predicted penalties, their rights and define the bail.
