During Covid’s pandemic in 2021, Walton Goggins, and his wife felt their desire to move from Los Angeles to New York.

“The pandemic opened windows of self -perception and possibility. It was an opportunity to do something different, not to start from scratch, but to change and evolve,” the actor told Architectural interior design magazine.

The property chosen for the change of the actor of “The White Lotus” and writer Nadia Conners was a home of the last century, located in the Hudson Valley, and surrounded by natural vegetation. He and his wife already knew the space earlier when they made trips there. See images in the gallery.

The actor took a tour of the scene and showed some details of the residence to the magazine, such as a special weapon room (the original owner owned more than three thousand hectares of land around) and a room for beverage storage.

According to the real estate market page Estates, the house would have been purchased for $ 3 million (almost $ 18 million reais).

“Many people who have been here signed on the wall, and now I ask my friends to do it too. Socializing and talking is very important to me and my family,” he said.

The place, according to the artist, demanded extensive reforms because it had not been moved even after 100 years of construction.

“Each system, each accessory, tap and fireplace was ready to break or had already broken. But it was magical,” he said.

The favorite room of Rick Hatchett’s interpreter is the wide living room, surrounded by windows. “I like to look at the landscape around.”
