Ludmilla’s father says he seeks reconciliation with his daughter; Mother rebates: ‘Disregarded, never wanted to know’

Ludmilla’s father, Luiz Antônio Silva, known as Luiz Moreno, said in an interview with a podcast on Wednesday (7) that he wants to resume contact with his daughter, but faces resistance from her.

“She doesn’t know what she is doing,” said Luiz, who said she didn’t have her daughter’s phone and have seen her only once in the last eight years. Luiz spent 17 years in prison. When he was released in 2017, Ludmilla was already famous and helped him financially. But they fought again.

Silvana Silva, mother of singer, countered the criticism of Luiz. “The world goes around. Who would say that a daughter that the father despised, did not want to know, today is one of the greatest singers in Brazil. Regrettable you want to have the same things as me. And I am not even talking about material goods,” Silvana shot on social networks.

“I am living my best phase. My raised children, I will be a grandmother in a few days and I am loved by my children. How much gratitude I have to God for being the mother I went.

Ludmilla is the only daughter the former couple had together. Silvana has two other younger children, Luane and Yuri. Luiz Antônio has ten children, from several different relationships. Ludmilla is her fifth daughter.

Prison and removal

In the interview, Luiz Moreno reported that he spent years away from his daughter because he was arrested. He did not reveal the reason for the conviction. “Every time I was far from my children, in this case, for much of my life, it was not because I wanted to. They walked away,” he said.

“The bad choice I made in the past chased me and chases me to this day. But I already paid with the pain of the body, the soul, the mind,” he said. “I got excited, I let myself be taken for wrong friendships and paid dearly. Now I want to regain everything that is mine, my family, my children, my grandchildren.”

Luiz also says that Ludmilla inherited his musical vein. “I sing, I compose, played in the pagodas, at parties.” About the break between father and daughter after freedom, he says he does not know what happened.

In 2021, Silvana accused Luiz of blackmailing her daughter to get her money. The allowance that the singer paid for her father was cut at the time.

Ludmilla, so far, has not commented on the matter. The artist should win the first daughter with Brunna Gonçalves in the coming days, who is in the final stretch of pregnancy.
