Our travelers, after getting to know Belfast in the first part, are now heading to the northern coast. The adventure begins on the Dark Hedges road with the characteristic beeches creating an atmosphere from a fairy tale – perhaps and by… Game of Thrones. They continue with a visit to a traditional whiskey distillery to get to know the art of distillation.
They enjoy the view of the impressive White Park Bay beach and of course, they do not miss the Giant’s Causeway – a geological miracle and one of Ireland’s most iconic sights.
They then walk the Carrick-A-Rede Hanging Bridge, explore old quarries and visit a mysterious castle. The series has the impressive Marble Arch cave with its underground rivers and stalactites traveling to another world.
The journey closes in the historic city of Derry or Londonderry, the second largest in Northern Ireland and one of the most interesting cultural cities on the island.
