Hard to think of Brazilian TV heartthrobes after the 2000s and the name of Cauã Reymond does not come to mind. The actor, who turns 45 on Tuesday (20), is known for his performances in successful soap operas such as “Cordel Encantado”, “Avenida Brasil” and “A Place in the Sun”. Currently, he is Micê César Ribeiro from the remake of “Vale Tudo”, which occupies the 21h range of Globo.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Cauã began his career as an international model, parading in Milan, Paris and New York. It was in the American city that he studied interpretation in the renowned actor’s Studio. At the time, he was experiencing financial difficulties and was only able to pay the course thanks to Coach Susan Batson, who believed in his potential.

Back in Brazil, he made papers that quickly turned him into the right name into nine soap operas. Over the years, he has traded important titles, but has also seen himself at the center of controversies and rumors, such as the supposed betrayal of Grazi Massafera with Isis Valverde on the recordings of “stolen loves” in 2013 – never confirmed by either party.

Father of the young Sofia, the result of the relationship with Grazi, Cauã also had novels with Alinne Moraes and, more recently, Mariana Goldfarb, from whom she separated in 2023. Discreet about personal life, she prefers to focus on projects and acting, albeit supposed disagreements with colleagues, such as what would have occurred with Bella Campos behind the scenes of “Vale Tudo”, turning topics.

Outside the screens, it keeps a ruled lifestyle: it is a black belt in jiu-jitsu, practices yoga, surf and follows a balanced diet, based on brown rice, salads, grilled chicken and fruits.
