Freddie Mercury’s new biography reveals the singer’s secret daughter

by

Scheduled to be released in September, Freddie’s new biography Mercury written by Lesley-Ann Jones promises to deliver more information than already known to the singer’s fans. One is that the artist would have had a daughter never revealed, today about 48 years old.

“Love, Freddie” reports that the singer had an affair with the wife of a friend in mid -1976, and the existence of his daughter was only known to family and close friends, according to foreign vehicles such as Daily Mail and Page Six.

Called “B” in the publication, the singer’s daughter would be a mother and would work as a doctor in Europe. She does not have her identity revealed in the book.

The anonymous daughter would have been accidentally conceived while Freddie’s friend traveled to business. Since the mother was religious, abortion was out of the question. He was then decided among the three adults that the girl would live with her mother and husband, her stepfather. The mother’s identity was also kept secret, but she would have died years ago.

According to reports, the biography presents a handwritten letter that talks about the daughter, conceived at the height of the artist’s career. The letter presented reports that Mercury spoke to her daughter every day while on tour, often visited her and was known to her as her biological father.

In another letter allegedly presented in the book, “B” describes the father as an “intensely reserved” man, a quality she would claim to share with him.

“The life I take with my husband and family in another country is intensely private. We want things to continue this way. We cherish our peaceful and anonymous life and we don’t want nothing to disturb it. No one needs to know who I am,” he would have written.

Before he died in 1991, the singer would have given his daughter 17 diaries, also kept secret over the years, delivered to the writer.

She would have doubted the allegations, but then thought “no one could have falsified it all.” The reason to include the story in the biography would be the behavior of the woman who claims to be the singer’s daughter.

“In my experience with fantasists, they seek instant gratification, advertising and reward,” he said. “B”, however, would not have requested money or recognition.
