The British rock star Sam Fender has a fanatical admirer, willing to run kilometers, literally to find a concert.

34 -year -old Andy Hobson started running from his home country, Leeds, to go to Sam Fnder’s concert in London next Friday, crossing 407 kilometers!

His journey began at the Brudenell Social Club on Saturday and will end on June 6 at the Olympic Park in East London, where Fnder will appear.

Runs for good purpose

The … 34 -year -old marathon will be in support of the Music Venue Trust, an NGO that implements actions to protect musical spaces locally in the United Kingdom, in which Andy Hobson believes “owes his life” during the problems he faced with his mental health, according to BBC.

“I liked to go to music venues, especially to small independent, when I was facing mental health problems,” he said. I knew I would go to these places and feel that I belonged to a community, so I wanted to organize a money rally campaign to help this area, he added.

“I bought the ticket and immediately started wondering if I could run from Leeds to London,” he explained.

The English singer-songwriter Sam Fnder will donate 1 pound from each ticket sold at his UK concerts in the Music Venue Trust, a move that “strengthened” Andy Hobson’s decision.

Andy uses the challenge to raise money for music venues in English cities that host artists and are residents’ entertainment venues.
