MVP the Siakham in the finals of the East

by

Pascal Siakham is also officially the MVP of the NBA’s Eastern District Finalsgiving Indiana Pacers the ticket for the “magic planet” finals after 25 years of waiting.

Siakham starred in the Pishers’ victory 125-108 against the Knicks in Game 6, scoring 31 points with 5 rebounds and 3 assists. With its overall presence in the series – where it had averaging 24.8 points, 5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.2 steals – gained impressions and won the Larry Bird Trophy Award.

Despite the fact that Taire Haliberton was the star of the season, Siakham was the one who gave the push to the Pacers when the pressure was peaked. Critical, cool and meaningful, he garnered 5 of the 9 votes of the Commission and passed his teammate in the thread, winning the title of MVP.

Comparison with last year’s MVP Jaylen Brown is inevitable. Siakham took the “bat” from him, proving that he can lead a team that flirts with the top. The difference this year? The Pishers return to the NBA Finals, where the “hungry” team of Thunder is waiting for them.
