Mc Poze do Rodo, 25, returned to publicly protest against the Rio de Janeiro Civil Police after a new operation at his home in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, West Zone of Rio. The most recent visit happened on Thursday morning (5), when agents of the Narcotic Repression Police Station (DRE) handed an subpoena to the influencer Viviane Noronha, funkeiro companion.

On social networks, the artist revolted. “Good morning with one more visit from these guys. We can’t take it anymore. Now they want to imply my warrior wife. My family can’t take this persecution anymore. We have tasted miles and miles that I’m nothing wrong. Now it’s my wife? What’s madness,” he wrote in a tone of outburst.

Viviane was called to testify in the inquiry that investigates possible crimes of slander and defamation. The investigation began after a post made on Instagram on May 30 – a day after the prison of Poze – where he stated that jewelry such as a chain and a bracelet had been stolen by civil police during the operation. She also questioned the absence of the money seized in the official photos released by the corporation.

According to the Civil Police, the investigation was not restricted to statements on the networks. Investigations on the alleged involvement of the influencer with the financial core of the Comando Vermelho faction was also opened. Viviane and her company became the target of the operation that aims to dismantle money laundering schemes that total more than $ 250 million.

On the same day the house was the target of a search and seizure warrant, MC Poze left the prison of Gericino, where he stayed for five days. He is investigated for apology for crime and connection with the same faction. Upon returning home, he also made an emotional outburst about the situation.

“I’m a worker and artist. Why are you doing this to me? Why am I black or why I’m slum? I went after, I ran to build my castle. It’s not with money from nothing wrong, no. It’s with my fight, my show,” he said. “My young children have police trauma. If they see a policeman, cry. Leave me alone.”

Poze and Viviane have three children together. Since the beginning of the police offensive, the singer has denounced on social networks which classifies as persecution. The Civil Police say the procedures are based on robust investigations, supported by documentary evidence and bank move analysis.
