All the mobilizations to Athens In the context of nationwide strike that has announced for today Tuesday, October 14 ADEDYreacting to the new labor bill.

The concentration in the capital has begun in the Constitution from 11:00.

As ADEDY has announced, its requests are as follows:

– Withdrawal of the 13 -hour bill. Requirement for 7 hours/5 days/35 hours.

– Restore the 13th and 14th salary.

– Substantial earnings in earnings.

– Remove the levy 2%.

– Decline for the two years 2016-2017.

– Collective contracts in the public.

– Permanent and stable work for everyone.

– Abolition of new disciplinary law. “

“The strike of October 14th is a struggle for dignity, free time and life with rights,” ADEDY said, calling on all public workers to give a massive, decisive “present” to strike and rallies across the country.

Also, the Board of Directors of the Athens Labor Center decided to call a 24 -hour strike on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 and a strike in the Constitution at 11:00.

The Athens Labor Center is seeking withdrawal of the anti -labor provisions of the bill, which, he points out, “is a gift to specific employer interests”.

How will the means of transport move

In the 24 -hour strike against the new labor bill of the Ministry of Labor, employees will also be involved in the media. Metro, tram and electricity will operate from 09.00 to 17.00, – buses and trolleys from 09.00 to 21.00 – 24 -hour trains and a suburban railway.

In particular the media will move as follows:

Metro (lines 1, 2 & 3)

From 9am to 17:00 in the afternoon will operate lines 1, 2 & 3 of the subway and the tram.

During the above period, the subway routes to and from the airport will also be operated.

Line 1 Metro (Piraeus – Kifissia): The stations will open at 9am and the last trains will depart:

  • from Kifissia and Piraeus at 16:35
  • From Monastiraki to Kifissia at 16:51 and to Piraeus at 17:09
  • From Omonia to Kifissia at 16:54 and to Piraeus at 17:07
  • From Attica to Kifissia at 16:59 and to Piraeus at 17:02

Lines 2 & 3 Metro: Stations will open at 9am and the last trains will depart:

  • From Constitution to all directions at 17:00
  • From Anthoupoli to Elliniko at 16:42
  • From Greek to Anthoupoli at 16:39
  • From Municipal Theater to D. Plakentias at 16:33
  • From D. Plakentias to Municipal Theater at 16:39
  • From airport to municipal theater at 16:19
  • From Municipal Theater to Airport at 15:42.

Tram line 7:

  • The first train will depart from Asclepius Voula at 09:31 and the last at 15:19
  • The first train will depart from the Holy Trinity at 09:54 and the last at 15:43.

Tram line 6:

  • The first train will depart from a bitterodafni at 09:15 and the last at 15:24
  • The first train will depart from a Constitution at 10:05 and the last at 16:14

Tram Lines 6 & 7 (with a response to the ole):

  • The first train will depart from a constitution to Asclepius Voula at 10:05 and the last at 15:29
  • The first train will depart from Asclepius Voula to Syntagma at 09:31 and the last at 14:55
  • The first train will depart from the Holy Trinity to Constitution at 09:54 and the last at 14:55
  • The first train will depart from Constitution to Agia Triada at 10:05 and the last at 15:11

Buses, trolleys

Buses and trolleys will move between 09:00 – 21:00 due to work unions of the OASA Workers ‘Union and the ILPAP – OSY Workers’ Union, from the start of the shift (05:00) to 9:00 and from 21:00 until the end of the shift (00:00). It should be noted that the operation of the vehicles will start gradually after the end of the work stoppage at 09:00 and respectively will begin before 9pm their progressive retirement for the train stations.

In addition, due to the participation of part of the employees in the 24 -hour strike of the NRA, it is expected cancellations of the bus routes and during their operation period, while the bus routes mentioned in the attached table, all routes will normally take place (the lines assigned to the Attica Consortium).

Trains – Train

The Panhellenic Federation of Railway (POS – MST) has announced participation in the 24 -hour strike, which means that trains and suburban trains will remain out of service.

Transfer workers with their announcements are opposed to the “anti -labor bill of the Ministry of Labor, which institutions 13 -hour work and claim, inter alia, with other immediate withdrawal of the anti -labor provisions of the bill, immediate recruitment of decent working conditions, and public transport.
