Taylor Swift gets court order against a man who claims to have a child with her

Taylor Swift got in court an order of temporary restriction against a man who has been chasing her for almost a year. The information is from People magazine.

The decision was issued by a Los Angeles court after the singer claims that the individual in question, Brian Jason Wagner, 45, made a series of attempts at face -to -face contact, including invasions on her property, as well as spread false allegations that she would have a loving relationship with her and even a common child.

According to process documents, Wagner repeatedly traveled from Colorado to the artist’s house in California between July 2024 and May 2025. In his petition, Swift details that he was informed of man -made behaviors, including the belief that he lived with the singer.

“He stated that we have a relationship, that I am the mother of his son and that he needed to find me personally. All this is completely false and disconnected from reality,” he wrote.

In addition to the delusional statements, the man would also have tried to force the artist’s residence. The Court has determined that it must maintain a minimum distance of 100 yards (about 91 meters) of Taylor, and an audience is scheduled for June 30, when a permanent restriction order may be granted.

This is not an isolated episode in Swift’s life, which has been the subject of other similar cases throughout his career. At least six people have already been convicted of persecution of the singer. One of the most serious cases occurred in 2020, when a man crashed the car in the building where she lived and tried to break into the scene.
