Murilo Huff, father of the son of Marília Mendonça, filed a lawsuit asking for unilateral custody of the boy, now five years old. Currently, he shares the guard with Ruth Moreira, mother of the singer.
On the night of Monday (23), Murilo went to social networks to say that he has “proofs and facts” against Ruth. The process runs in a secret of justice.
“Very sad to see people creating stories without knowing the truth,” wrote Murilo. “I would never ask for unilateral custody without reasons. I cannot expose all the evidence and facts because it is in secret, but the truth will prevail.”
“I have no intention of driving him away from the maternal family. For me, the most comfortable would be to be silent, but in the face of everything I discovered in recent months, the priority now is the well-being of my son,” he continued.
Ruth’s press office was contacted by F5but has not spoken so far.
Murilo and Marília Mendonça had a three -year -old novel and were separated when she died in November 2021 the victim of a plane crash.
Ruth fans, who is an influencer, regretted Murilo’s attitude on Instagram. “I can’t believe Murilo is doing this,” wrote one fan. “Dona Ruth’s Leo is the same as taking her Marilia again,” commented another. “We are with you, Ruth,” wrote another.
