The countryman Murilo Huff won from the court of Goiás the provisional right to have the custody of his son Leo, his heir with Marília Mendonça.
The singer wags a battle with Ruth Moreira, mother of the singer and grandmother of the boy. It was with her that Leo lived so far.
Ruth and Huff participated on Monday (30), at the Goiânia Civil Forum (GO), from a hearing to try an agreement between the parties and lasted two hours, but there was no conciliation. Thus, the judge granted Huff the right to custody.
In an interview with G1, Ruth says the decision was cruel. “We are living everything we had lived again. It is cruel to the child and with us. When I think of his heart I cry,” he said.
She also says she should appeal in court as soon as possible. “I’m living a mourning. Because they prohibit us to see him, they put an absurd visitation every 15 days there.”
This issue came public last month. It was on June 23 that Murilo went to social networks to say that he would have “proofs and facts” against Ruth.
Then he filed a lawsuit for unilateral custody of the boy, now five years old. The process runs in a secret of justice. Sought, the countryman did not comment.
