Before his name associated with criminal accusations, Oruam, 24, drew attention in the Brazilian Trap scene for his meteoric rise, extravagant visual and connections in the artistic world. The rapper, who reached 13 million monthly listeners on Spotify with hits like “Oh Girl I want you just for me”, was sponsored by artists such as MC Poze, Mc Cabelinho, Orochi and Preta Gil.

It all started when the actress criticized Neymar, calling him “bad citizen.” The rapper came out in defense of the player and called the actress “crazy”. The attitude generated several comments on the networks.

Deputy Kim Kataguiri (União Brasil-SP) filed a project nicknamed “Anti-Ouam Law”, inspired by a proposal by Councilwoman Amanda Vettorazzo. The text does not mention the artist, but he became the clear target of the campaign – and countered on the networks: “They always tried to criminalize funk, rap and trap. Coincidentally, the universe made a trafficker son successful, they found the perfect opportunity for it.”
