Presenter and actress Carolina Ferraz, 57, said she was the victim of obsessive persecution by a Russian woman for five years. The report was made during Record’s spectacular Sunday on Sunday (28) in a special report on the increase in stalking cases – a term used to describe insistent, invasive and threatening behaviors.
According to Carolina, it all started with the receipt of intimidating letters, which soon evolved to more serious and dangerous situations. “She said something like, ‘Either I would be hers, or it wouldn’t be anyone else,'” he said. The persecutor even invaded recording sets on two occasions and tried to assault her, but was contained by people from the team.
The case occurred while one of his daughters was still a child – Carolina is the mother of Valentina, 30, and Isabel, 10. Concerned about her safety and that of the family, the presenter called both Brazilian authorities and Interpol. Still, Stalker has managed to circumvent restrictions and continue with invasive behavior.
“She has managed to enter Brazil even after it was prohibited. The authorities are not yet prepared to deal with this kind of situation,” Carolina lamented, highlighting the fragility of the system against this type of crime.

During the story, journalist Roberto Cabrini, 64, who divides the presentation of the program with Carolina Ferraz, introduced the theme reinforcing her severity: “This question is much closer than we think. Everyone knows that I work with a great star of Brazilian television, and she herself was the victim of this crime.”
After years of threats, the persecutor was finally detained. “She was arrested, and I managed to end this situation. But it was very difficult,” said Carolina, who began acting in 1990 in “Pantanal” in the extinct headline. She went to Globo in 1992, presented the fantastic, and then went back to the plots.
At Globo, she acted in “For Love” (1997), “Sin Capital” (1998), “Kubanacan” (2003), “O Astro” (2011), “Avenida Brasil” (2012), among others. His last plot was “Haja Heart” (2016).
