Singer Katy Perry, 37, is putting her Beverly Hills mansion up for sale for US$19,475 million, the equivalent of almost R$93 million at the current price.
According to People, the mansion has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as parking for dozens of cars, on-site security, a sauna, private gym, swimming pool and a wood-paneled library with a fireplace.
The house is all covered in vines and is surrounded by a large lawn with an infinity pool, outdoor seating area and terrace. The view is privileged and faces the canyon.
There are also marble bathrooms and fireplace inside the master suite. The place where the mansion is located is recognized for having housed other celebrities such as Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden and Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher.
Perry and her fiance, Orlando Bloom, already have a new home that has six bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and is valued at around R$75 million at current prices. They acquired it in 2020.
The property was built in the 1930s and is made up of four complexes on three floors and facing the sea, according to the architecture and decor website House & Home.
Built and designed by Edwards and Plunkett, the mansion was renovated by architect Lutah Maria Riggs, the first woman awarded by the American Institute of Architects.
