The Rolling Stones announced the reissue of their classic 1976 album, ‘Black and Blue’. The album was originally released in April 1976 and was the 13th integrated album of the legendary band. It was also the first after the departure of former guitarist Mick Taylor, who was eventually replaced by Ronnie Wood.

Rock’s legendary band will be released by the new Super Deluxe Box Set on November 14 via Universal in two versions of vinyl and CD, which will be accompanied by a 100 -page book and a copy of the tour of the Rolling Stones for promoting “Black and Blue”.
The recordings functioned as an audition after Mick Taylor’s departure, so there are contributions from the big guitarists Harvey Mandel, Wayne Perkins, Jeff Beck and Robert A. Johnson.
The new edition also includes an interview by Ronnie Wood, who refers to his joining the band in 1976: “Just then, there was that I had to be.”
