Widower of actor Paulo Gustavo, who died in 2021 from complications from Covid-19, doctor Thales Bretas wants to raffle off the costume used by her husband while Dona Hermínia in the feature “My Mother Is a Piece 3” to raise funds and help orphaned children and refugees.
Through social networks, he said that he intends to make numbers available for a raffle in the single value of R$ 10. The partnership is with the Fraternidade Sem Fronteiras project. “With Mother’s Day approaching, we separated a costume of the most beloved mother in Brazil to raffle among the participants and raise funds”, he posted.
“We selected a blouse, a skirt, a belt and a pair of shoes. The costumes will be drawn on 5/14, at 11:00 am (Brasilia time), live, through the FSF and partners’ social networks, directly from Rio de Janeiro. January”, he amended.
In December 2021, Thales threw the actor’s ashes into a river in New York (USA) on the day seven months after the actor’s death.
He was accompanied by friends, such as actor Marcus Majella, 42, who acted with Paulo Gustavo in programs such as “Vai que Cola” (Multishow). On his Instagram, the doctor posted at the time the moment he threw the ashes and wrote a tribute to the actor.
“So good to have you around, even if far away. To feel you in every place, in every friend, in every love spread around the world! Today the world completes seven months without your physical presence, but you will never be absent! Never again. And now, forever also in NY”, wrote Bretas.
