Despite being happy with the rise of presenter Tadeu Schmidt, the former basketball player Oscar says he prefers to see a “better program” than Big Brother Brasil 22 (Globo), a reality series commanded by his brother.
“I don’t watch it, no. Rarely, to see my brother. It’s the kind of program I don’t like, I like a better program,” he said in an interview with Luciana Liviero’s YouTube channel.
“I watch a lot of National Geographic, where there’s Richard Rasmussen and the animals. I prefer to see this type of program that is a documentary about animals, animals are not thinking about fame”, he amended.
Recently, Tadeu spoke on social media about the beginning of his career and compared his trajectory to that of his brother, Oscar, who is one of the greats of Brazilian basketball.
“I’m 47 years old, and I have almost 25 years of career. But even before my career started, I knew I needed to be who I am. Imagine! Being the brother of a national hero, I really needed to be myself. I took that as a lesson for my life”, began the publication.
“And today part of who I am is to encourage my daughters, my family, my friends and also the brothers and sisters of the house to be what they really are. I think that’s the key! Show the world who you really are!” , added the journalist.
