Isabeli Fontana says she can’t imagine ‘Secret Truths’ without Angel

Model Isabeli Fontana, 38, opened an unusual fashion show with clothes inspired by the game Free Fire, this Wednesday (16), on the first day of the SPFW fashion shows. The pieces were adapted and materialized by stylist Daniel Ueda and stylist Alexandre Herchcovitch.

Backstage, Isabeli spoke with the F5 about the longing that everyone in fashion was to go back to parade, work and be inspired. “Back to doing different things, back to the catwalks, back to the normal world, which will now be the new normal.”

Isabeli says she’s lucky because she has a “green card” (permanent residence visa) and can travel to and from the United States, where she once lived, during the pandemic. She also revealed that she took the opportunity to take Italian citizenship.

“It took me 25 years of career for me to make my blessed Italian passport, which took three years because the documents were lost”, he explains.

Isabeli says that she didn’t have to live in Italy to get citizenship because she travels a lot for work. But he doesn’t rule out the possibility of one day moving to the country.

“I think about it a lot today because I lived in Brazil for so many years. I think we live on experiences in life. Human beings live on experiences, I’ve never lived in Europe, I don’t even know what it’s like.”

The model spoke of how much she misses her eldest son Zyon, 18, of her relationship with model Álvaro Jacomossi, who moved to the United States to attend college in Technology.

“I suffered and am still suffering [com a distância dele], but he’s been there alone for three months. It’s a nice suffering of [ver que] ‘my son has really grown up, he’s 18’, it’s starting to sink in.”

The model also commented on the departure of actress Camila Queiroz from the series “Verdades Secretas 2”, on Globoplay. Isabeli, who made a guest appearance on the soap opera’s first season, says it’s weird not having the character Angel anymore. “I can’t imagine the soap opera without Angel, it’s weird. What’s the next Angel going to be? The question, that’s the question,” he says laughing.

Isabeli liked to see this other side of the profession represented in the plot of the novel. She said that promiscuity exists in any profession and that she has heard about the so-called pink book.

She revealed that she has already turned down proposals from “smart guys” millionaires who have tried several times to “buy her” by showing that they have a plane or by inviting her to visit their mansion.

“I never wanted to see it, I always believed in my career, in what I could do for myself, not using someone so I could have something. It’s my personality that.”
