Presenter Sabrina Sato, 41, gave details to Marie Claire about the recent marital crisis with actor Duda Nagle, 38, which made her consider a separation in early 2022. The reason was motherhood and work that took away from her the time to dedicate yourself to the relationship.
“I dedicated a lot to her, to work and little to marriage. We spent several days without talking, without seeing each other. It got to the point where we were so hurt that every time we went to talk, fights broke out,” he said.
Often over silly things, disagreements piled up, and Sabrina knew it took a toll on the family’s daily life. “What we went through is what most couples go through. The birth of a child, home, work, routine,” she said.
According to Globo’s new hire, as they live in a very large house, she and Duda hardly ever crossed paths and used the WhatsApp application to chat, even when one was in one room and the other in another room. Sabrina’s sister, Karina was the one who helped her through the crisis and asked her not to throw in the towel.
And it worked, despite Duda “being the complete opposite”, as she claims. “That’s why I say: ‘Either we are going to help each other, make it work respecting our differences, or it becomes an abyss,'” she said. The issue of lack of libido was also resolved.
“You have to invent, create a mood. Bring a wine, turn on a movie, arrange a dinner. But I’m not easy either. I like being the one in charge. If it comes as a surprise, I don’t like it anymore”, she said.
Now, Sabrina doesn’t rule out until she raises the family, as three-and-a-half-year-old Zoe wants a little sister. “Only a woman knows how hard it is to carry that belly and work at the same time. She wanted to have a full house, but I can’t go through multiple pregnancies,” she said. Therefore, adoption or a surrogacy is not ruled out.
