The winner of A Fazenda 10 (Record), Rafael Ilha, used his Instagram profile feed this Friday (22) to announce that he will file a lawsuit next Monday against actress Luana Piovani.
The measure of Ilha comes after a joke made by the actress in her profile. Pedro Scooby’s ex even commented in her stories that, with the elimination of the father of her children, the edition of Big Brother Brasil (Globo) was over for her. Then, she published a meme inspired by the album “Versions of Me”, by Anitta, with the faces of Rafael Ilha, Biel, Dado Dolabella, Marcos Harter, Lucas Vianna and Arthur Aguiar.
“I received, I didn’t know them all but after the explanation, I understood. Everything abusive and Brazil? Aaaamaaaaaa”, he wrote. In view of this, the singer stated that she made a serious accusation, calling him an abuser.
“Yesterday I arrived, after 15 days in the Northeast for work, in São Paulo. And this morning I started to receive appointments, journalists asking me about a publication by Mrs Luana Piovani, a person I don’t know, thank God , I don’t have the displeasure of meeting her”, he says. “She posted a post in her story saying I’m an abuser, she put some reality show participants there, which she thinks are abusers, women abusers.”
He admits that, after 13 years of chemical dependency, he committed acts he regrets, but denies that he has ever been an abuser or aggressor of women. Therefore, he warns that on Monday (25), he and the lawyer will file a lawsuit against the actress for libel and defamation.
“Rest assured, don’t get angry, that doesn’t lead to anything. Now we’re going the right way, that of Justice, and she’ll have to pay for it,” he says. “Madam Luana Piovani, please keep the lid of your toilet closed. Brazil and the world thank you”, she concluded.
