Irini Giorgoudiou became the big winner of the TOP CHEF cooking show at SKAI, on Thursday, October 28, after a cooking marathon.
In yesterday’s final, Agapi, Irini, Lefteris, Marina and Stathis were in front of the judges to prove that they deserve the title.
The first test that awaited the five chefs had as its main ingredient a very special meat, the black pig. Agapi, Irini and Stathis, with their dishes, managed to pass to the next phase, the semifinal.
The three of them faced a new challenge. They had to use in their dishes two fine products of the Greek land, the orange and the olive oil. Irini and Stathis secured the ticket for the final phase of the competition and fought for the top.
The two Top Chef finalists had to cook a free choice menu, which contained three dishes – appetizer, main course and dessert. A menu that would give them what they dreamed of. They had three hours of cooking and as many ingredients as they wanted to create the menu of their lives.
At the end of the night, the judges tasted the dishes of Irini and Stathis and thought about the winner, as the menu of both was of a high standard in terms of taste, creativity and appearance.
The Roditissa Chef whose dream is to work in the biggest kitchens of the world, impressed the three judges Giorgos Venieris, Gika Xenaki and Asterios Koustoudis, and prevailed, leaving the competition with the coveted title of TOP CHEF but also 100,000 euros!
