Queen Elizabeth: Did the purple hands “betray” her illness? – What the experts reveal

by

Queen Elizabeth’s health is in the forefront and few are wondering what is finally happening to the British monarch and how serious she is. However, without giving any details about her problems, she emphasizes through her recent appearance that “none of us can beat time” and responds to what is written in her own way.

Of course, the journalists and fans of the royal family did not close the chapter with her words and the reminder she made regarding her age. On the contrary, seeing the images released during the recent ceremonial visit of a Ministry of Defense official to the palace and finding that the monarch’s hands are quite purple, they asked experts and tried to decipher the situation.

According to the Daily Mirror, the blue to purple color reveals a traffic problem, but a fact that is not surprising due to its age. Raynaud’s syndrome, from which the queen seems to suffer, does not allow the blood to circulate properly in the body and as a result, pigmented marks are created on the skin. The purple hands of the queen, in simpler words, show that she lacks oxygen in her body. And while this view is the most common, many scientists disagree and argue that Elizabeth’s purple hands are due to a respiratory problem (temporary or chronic) or even heart disease. In both cases, however, it is manageable.
