The countries for which there are indications that they may have manipulated the vote are Azerbaijan, Georgia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania and San Marino, the EBU further clarifies.
Instead, a “aggregate result” was calculated and used for each country. The aggregate result was calculated based on the results of other countries with “similar voting records”, the announcement concludes.
