The new laboratory-confirmed cases of the disease (individuals) recorded in the last 24 hours were 10,474. The total number of people who became ill amounts to 3,583,526 (daily change + 0.3%), of which 48.7% are men.

The number of possible new infections recorded in the last 24 hours was 1,797 while since the beginning of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic the total number is estimated at 154,546 (4.1% of the total number of positive results).

The new deaths of patients with COVID-19 are 17, while since the beginning of the epidemic a total of 30,141 deaths have been recorded. 95.7% had
underlying disease and / or age 70 years and older.

The number of patients treated by intubation is 88 (58.0% men). Their median age is 69 years. 92.0% have an underlying disease and / or age 70 years and older. Among intubated patients, 45 (51.14%) are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and 43 (48.86%) are fully vaccinated. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 4,717 patients have been discharged from the ICU.

The admissions of new COVID-19 patients in the hospitals of the territory are 192 (daily change + 13.61%). The average seven-day admission is 152 patients. The median age of cases is 37 years (range 0.2 to 112 years), while the median age of death is 80 years (range 0.2 to 106 years).

Tested samples: From 1 January 2020 until today, in laboratories performing tests for the new coronavirus
(SARS-CoV-2) and which systematically state the total number of control samples, a total of 11,558,337 clinical samples have been tested
while 73,038,602 samples have been tested by Health Units and Ladders of EODY that carry out Rapid Ag tests. His average
seven days are 96,373 sample checks.

Bulk Sampling EODY: On June 22, 2022, 184 sampling actions were carried out by the Mobile Health Teams
(KOMY) of EODY, in which 11,050 Rapid Ag tests were performed and 1,475 positive (13.35%) were found.
