It is recalled that until now the possibility of submitting the sickness request electronically was available to the insured of the IKA-ETAM.
The possibility of electronic application for sickness benefit is extended for the insured persons of the former organizations TAXY, ETAA-TSAW, ETAA-TSMEDE, ETAA-TYDA, ETAA-TYDP, ETAA – TYDTH, ETAP – SME (TAISYT, TSEYP, TATTA) as well as for Europeans Citizens and Citizens of Third Countries.
It is recalled that until now the possibility of submitting the sickness request electronically was available to the insured of the IKA-ETAM.
As emphasized in a statement by the EFKA, “with the extension of this electronic service, the in-person presence of the insured at the organization’s services is abolished and long-time waiting and inconvenience are eliminated, while requests for payment of benefits are processed faster for the beneficiaries”, adding that “at the same time, they are freed thousands of man-hours and a significant administrative burden is removed for e-EFKA services”.
It is recalled that the electronic service for submitting the granting of sickness benefit (https://www.efka.gov.gr/el/epidoma) is available on the single digital portal of the Government Gov.gr and on the e-EFKA website (https://www .efka.gov.gr), in the section: Electronic services, using Taxisnet codes.
