“For some time now, interviews of prominent members of our scientific society, including professors Foussa, Philippatou and Parisi, have been circulating on the internet, who are said to urge the public to use various preparations beneficially for cardiovascular diseases. These interviews are false and our members have never placed their scientific authority in the service of promoting a product”, the EKE announcement states.
