Last Friday, 14, the CFM (Federal Council of Medicine) published an update on the prescription of medicinal Cannabis. By increasing supervision over prescriptions and the environments where courses on the subject can be administered, doctors, associations, lawyers and companies spoke out against the measure. After a week of discussions, the regulatory body announced the opening of a public consultation on the subject to the entire population from October 24 to December 23 of this year. The last public consultation, which took place from July 1 to 31 this year, was open to doctors and representative bodies, culminating in resolution 2234/2022, which caused much discontent.
