“The anxiety crisis is when a speaker gives feedback. It makes that annoying, deafening noise. That’s it. When the box bursts, it’s the crisis.” The example is from Júlia Katula, 17, a student interviewed in the web series “Do you feel too?”.
The program is part of Saúde da Criança, a YouTube channel of the José Luiz Egydio Setúbal Foundation, sponsor of the Hospital Infantil Sabará.
There are seven episodes, about ten minutes each, presented by rapper MC Soffia, 17, and by YouTuber Valentina Schulz, 18. They talk about mental health with other teenagers and address topics such as anxiety, depression, bullying and suicide.
The first chapter opened on Wednesday (3) and had the participation of psychoanalyst Tide Setúbal, who explains the difference between feeling fear, anxiety and panic attacks.
The next episodes air weekly, always on Wednesdays, at noon.
Children’s Health has existed since 2019 and is an initiative of the foundation to deal exclusively with themes related to children, with the seal of the largest institution in the area in the country.
The signature of the webseries is by Plano Astral Filmes, producer of filmmaker Cecilia Engels, which is dedicated to projects with educational and cultural purposes and with the potential for social transformation.
