Mônica Bergamo: Most patients treated in a Bradesco Saúde program were not undergoing therapy before the pandemic

Bradesco Saúde’s psychological care program served mostly patients who had never had therapy before the pandemic. A survey showed that 53.4% ​​of them made an appointment for the first time.

In addition to more than 60,000 video consultations, about 1 million messages exchanged between employees and psychologists were recorded in 2021. Two thirds (65%) of consultations were made by female patients. And the average age was 33 years.
