Virginia Fonseca was stopped at Chinese immigration this Friday (20), at Beijing Airport, during the trip back to Brazil. The influencer said she was eventually taken to an investigation room after the passport raised suspicions about her identity. “It was very beautiful and full going through immigration here, and suddenly a female female that I am not me on the passport,” Virginia reported in a humorous tone.
The SBT host explained that the document was issued when she was 19 and today, at 26, her appearance is quite different. According to Virginia, despite having already made several international trips with the same passport, it was the first time it was retained. “I have traveled the whole world with the passport and no one has ever stopped me. Here goes the vivro for the small room,” he joked.
Mother of Maria Alice, 4, Maria Flor, 2, and José Leonardo, nine months old, Virginia said that she spent about 15 minutes in the special room of immigration, while the agents checked her data. “There were about 600 men looking at the passport, looking at my face. Then, in the end, they thanked the collaboration,” said the influencer.
The trip to China was the first since an announcement of the end of his marriage to singer Zé Felipe in late May. Virginia gave testimony to the CPI (Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry) of the Bets, in the Senate, on May 13. During the session, he denied having profited the loss of followers and was tiered by senators and advisors.
Despite the warm reception in Congress, the CPI final report – released ten days ago and still pending voting – recommended the influencer’s indictment for “misleading advertising and estelionato”.
