If you are worried you don’t get enough protein? For years, I did the same. In fact, I avoided it. I thought that if I ate a lot of protein and exercising, I would become like those muscular types that raise weights in the gym. And the fact that I grew up at a time when cereals and Granola bars were considered “healthy” did not help at all. I was hungry in the morning? I just ate a little special k!

So it’s not strange that I had a bad relationship with food, my breakfast was almost always a minimal, like a bowl of fruit. I had a severle, I felt exhausted and had concentration problems. And to make it clear, my muscles almost didn’t exist.

The truth is, I’m not the only one, many people don’t consume enough protein, and often don’t even put it in the first meal of the day. Interestingly, even in some countries, traditional breakfasts do not contain protein. For example, in Spain they often eat tomato bread for breakfast, without adding any source of protein.
