Debut this Monday (22) Pensando O Bem, a podcast by sheet that will delve into issues related to new human behaviors.
The episodes, published on the main platforms always on Mondays, at 9 am, discuss new approaches to practices and habits of human beings, such as adherence to vegetarianism caused by the burnings in the Amazon and new therapies for the vulva. By the way, vulva or vagina?
This type of discussion is part of the daily conversations of the podcast’s presenters, journalists Teté Ribeiro, Greice Costa and Claudia Lima. Friends, Teté, Greice and Claudia, decided to get together to investigate how these ideas influence our daily life and our minds. In a relaxed debate, they listen to specialists and researchers and also those who have experienced those issues firsthand.
Pensando O Bem also has Natalia Silva on the team. She is responsible for sound editing and collaborates with some interviews.
Listen to the first episode:
The first episode speaks of toxic productivity. The term gained strength when naming the feeling that many had in the pandemic: that one must always be available for work, to the detriment of family, love, leisure and well-being. The psychoanalyst and columnist at sheet Vera Iaconelli and journalist and businesswoman Dani Arrais are the first guests.
To talk about themes such as the use of psychedelics in medicine and the pop moment in the vagina, the series also has guest appearances by neuroscientist Sidarta Ribeiro; singer and presenter Gaby Amarantos; the psychoanalyst Maria Homem; the journalist and writer Marcelo Leite; by chef Bel Coelho; therapist Kimberly Ann Johnson; by gynecologist and researcher Dani Ejzenberg and by nutritionist André Veinert.
Pensando o Bem is now part of the catalog of audio programs coordinated by the Podcasts editor at sheet, which brings together products such as Café da Manhã, a daily news podcast in partnership with Spotify; Illustrated Expresso, about culture; Illustrious Conversa, from interviews with non-fiction authors; and Boletim Folha, with a summary of the news in two daily editions. The list now has more than 15 programs.
