Welcome to What I Rent. This is a weekly series exploring all rental areas in the UK and abroad.

We were in Birmingham last week with Tamika paying 400,400 for a studio.

This time, we are on the other side of the rental scale.

This week’s employer is Oriana, 44 years old.

Originally from Wales, Oriana moved to London on the Limousin Peninsula near the River Thames last year to open a yoga and meditation studio called Ham.

She rents an apartment in Goodluck Hope, Ballymore, but spends only half her time here, returning regularly to Wales to live there with her partner.

The Oriana district also has real estate for rent.

We tell you about renting a building.

Hello Oriana! How much do you pay to live here?

I pay 20002000 a month to cover rent for the land and services, but I do not pay taxes.

And what do you get for what you pay?

I have a one bedroom apartment with a very large bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living room.

She commutes back and forth from Wales, so this department is only part-time (Photo: Susannah Ireland/)

Do you think it’s a good deal?

I think it’s a good deal as it’s included in the cost of rent and grounds service, and all facilities, utilities, and concierge services are available.

What are the benefits of living in a building?

The advantage is that I live in this building because I am directly on the water, it is a 5 minute walk from my business and it is surrounded by a gym with bars and restaurants.

Where is the place?

I live in Goodluck Hope, a 5 minute drive from the studio I founded here. I can walk my business across the river and I love having everything here. Yoga studio, gym, swimming pool, bar, restaurant.

What I rent: Oriana, a one-bedroom apartment on London Island, 2,000 2,000 a month-Large paintings, crystals, and Buddha statues on the floor.

The rent alone is £2000 per month (Photo: Susannah Ireland/)

How did you find the apartment?

I bought investment real estate in a city on the island of London and became familiar with my neighborhood. This allowed me to find this property.

What do you think about having a house?

A great community and a friendly face make this place feel like home; There is always social activity if you want to participate.

I use the pool and gym regularly and I get to meet people mostly through yoga studios. This month, 15 people go to an Italian gym. It is a very warm and welcoming community.

Did you have any problems with the landscape?

The decoration was not difficult for me. I like the minimalist style. A clean space, a clean heart.

I have lots of photos and plants and I love fresh flowers to make me feel at home.

The owner is wonderful. The policy was no pets, but when I inquired about the occasional small dachshunds, it was fine.

Do you think you have enough space?

Being alone here is ideal for me. I usually work, but when my family visits, I don’t get overwhelmed.

I think I’m in a corner room and I feel like a quiet space surrounded by water.

Is something wrong with the apartment?

I haven’t had any problems since I borrowed it here.

Are you planning to move soon?

I have no intention of moving out of this area. I already have a studio and a business here, so I plan to buy such an apartment in this place as soon as possible. I also love Elizabeth’s new line!

Yo Rento is a weekly series that airs every Tuesday at 10 pm.

Come back next week and have another sniff around the rental property.

How to join what I owe

I rent a weekly series that takes you to the places that people rent and helps everyone better understand what is normal and how much we have to pay.

If you would like to get involved please email [email protected]. You should take photos of the bedroom and living room, as well as photos of the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom.

Get the permission of your compatriots! This is so important that you also have to pay the amount you pay for your rent.

By the way, we are not just looking for a beautiful place. We want the reality of hiring, so if you’re renting a place you don’t like right now, we’re happy to see it (and will be very understanding!).
