Seven-year-old Autumn Eyles received a “brilliant” report from a second-year teacher at Wingrave Church of England School in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, on her own to win back her favour.
“He is always busy writing books, writing books and writing stories that always move people who know him,” said his mother, Caroline Aires, 39. ..
But then, before putting his son to sleep, he put him in the bed that he was writing, and when I came in, he said he was going to write it. [report cards] For teachers.
I read them and thought, “Oh, amazing.”
“She told me she was giving them reports ‘just like me’ and asked her teacher if she could give them to her the next day.”
Caroline says that she doesn’t understand why Aki decided to write her teacher’s report card.
“Obviously he thought that’s what you were doing. They report to you and you report to them,” he explains.
The young man called one of his currently pregnant teachers a “superstar.”
On her impromptu drawn report card, Autumn writes: you. At least it’s good to study in class. “
I wrote to the director as follows. “Mr. Thomsen, you have been the principal for a long time and I think it is hard work. I think you should go to the beach and take a break from school because you are working. It is very heavy.”
He went on to say that he was impressed with Mr. Thomsen’s diligence. He should be too.
Fortunately, the fall teachers were “very impressed” and “very interesting” with his report.
“It was a really nice gesture. I’m always grateful for feedback from kids,” Thomsen said.
Ms. Nieves added: “Who is the teacher who doesn’t want to be called a superstar?”
The move to flip through the fall report cards was a bold one, but in the end I wanted to make teachers happy and appreciative.
“Autumn is a very kind girl, but I didn’t expect her kindness to trickle down to the teachers,” says Caroline. “But actually, she may be doing something. Perhaps the teacher also needs to receive a report every year?”
“Autumn is a very smart girl. She loves to make people feel good and I am very proud of her.”
