(News Bulletin 247) – Iberdrola consolidates its position in France and announces a consolidation of its activities under a new and same entity, Iberdrola France, headed by Emmanuel Rollin.
He will be in charge of deploying, in the country, the development plan of Iberdrola presented during the Group’s Capital Market Day on November 9th.
The new entity integrates all of Iberdrola’s activities in France, namely the development and operation of renewable energy installations and the provision of advanced energy solutions to help companies achieve their decarbonization goals.
Current and future investments relate in particular to offshore wind power, but also to onshore wind power, photovoltaics and energy transition services for businesses.
‘By bringing together our activities under a single entity, we are giving ourselves the means to provide our customers with solutions to achieve their decarbonization objectives and to help France in its quest for energy sovereignty and in the fight against climate change,’ said declared Emmanuel Rollin, future general manager of Iberdrola France.
