(News Bulletin 247) – Barclays announced on Friday that it had raised its price target on Argan from 87 to 95 euros, while maintaining its ‘overweight’ recommendation on the stock.

In a sector note devoted to European warehousing players, the research department praises the medium-term structural growth potential of logistics specialists, but stresses that their stock market valuations already take into account these development prospects.

In this context, the analyst prefers to focus on the growth of the results of warehouse owners, which leads him to downgrade the British Segro to ‘weight online’, but to raise his compatriot Tritax Eurobox to ‘overweight’.
