(News Bulletin 247) – Quadient announces that Ferguson, the North American distributor of infrastructure products, has deployed Parcel Pending by Quadient automatic lockers in several of its stores.
Ferguson has more than 1,500 retail locations in the United States, many of which offer same-day or next-day shopping availability.
The automatic Parcel Pending lockers by Quadient make it possible to store quickly, from small plumbing tools to large products, water heaters or radiators.
“By investing in Parcel Pending by Quadient smart lockers, we are showing our customers that we value their time and understand their day-to-day constraints,” said James Golini, vice president of Residential Commerce at Ferguson.
Outdoor lockers offer the option of 24/7 pick-up, giving contractors more control and flexibility in picking up their orders.
