The design office highlights a continuation of the good rental dynamic, with rental income up 11% over one year in the first quarter, as well as a development pipeline revised upwards to 300 million euros, compared to 235 million at the end of 2022.
According to Oddo, this quarterly publication illustrates the good current operational momentum of Argan, in line with years of strong growth in 2023 and 2024, and the control of its trajectory in this period of rising interest rates.
