(News Bulletin 247) – The real estate company Inea carried out an update on its activity in the 1st quarter on Wednesday morning, which notably highlights a turnover up by 13%.
Turnover for the first three months of the year amounted to 15.5 million euros, compared to 13.7 million euros over the same period of 2022, which was characterized by growth of 6.9%.
In its press release, Inea supports the acceleration of its growth by the entry into operation of new office buildings in Lyon and Toulouse, and an urban logistics platform in Romainville, but also by the revaluation of rents on a like-for-like basis.
The company also indicates that it has acquired a 3,050 m2 office building opposite the TGV station in Valence and at the entrance to the Rovaltain business park.
This building, completed in early 2019, is a positive energy structure since it has a photovoltaic power plant on the roof and displays energy consumption already in line with the 2030 objectives of the tertiary eco-energy system.
Another advantage is that the asset is fully leased to several quality tenants, thus providing the property company with immediate and secure income.
Following this publication, the Inea share rose by 1.2% on Wednesday morning on the Paris Stock Exchange.
