Profitable since 2019

To date, the Bordeaux company estimates that it can address a total market of 2.4 million electricity and gas delivery points. The group supports companies of all sizes in sectors as varied as health, real estate, catering, hotels, shops or industry.

The company claims a turnover multiplied by 12 over the past four years and indicates that it has been profitable since 2019. In 2022, it achieved a turnover of 19.2 million euros, up 96% compared to in 2021, an operating margin of 12.5% ​​and an operating result of 2.4 million euros in 2022.

And it is to finance the acceleration of its “profitable” growth that My energy broker announces its plan to go public. The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has just registered the registration document for the company Mon courtier énergie, the first step in view of an introduction on Euronext Growth Paris.

Conquering the international

My Energy Broker thus wishes to ensure that as many companies as possible benefit from its expertise in energy brokerage, support and optimization of supply contracts as well as advice on energy transition.

The company has had a subsidiary in Spain since March 2022. The group now aims to continue its development in Spain and gradually extend its roots in Italy and Germany.

The strategy presented by My energy broker should enable it to generate a turnover of more than 40 million euros by 2025, of which 15% would be generated internationally. The company is also aiming for an operating profit close to 5 million euros as well as an increase in its network to bring it to more than 40 branches in 2025.
