(News Bulletin 247) – Credit Suisse reaffirms its ‘outperformance’ opinion on E.ON while raising its price target from 11.5 to 12.7 euros, mainly on higher profits expected for the German energy group.
In the summary of its note, the broker stresses that ‘the company managed to successfully meet the challenges during the past winter’ and that ‘the energy crisis has led to reinforced growth of its asset base’.
For Credit Suisse, this good start for the year confirms it in the long-standing vision of its team, according to which ‘energy networks are a way to play the growth of renewables’.
