(News Bulletin 247) – Moderna yesterday announced plans to establish an Enterprise Solutions Hub in the Philippines. The Moderna Enterprise Solutions Hub will provide business services across the Asia-Pacific region, where Moderna currently has a presence in six markets. Moderna also plans to establish business operations in the Philippines.
“The Philippines has a critical combination of talent and expertise in business services, making it an excellent place to scale effectively and provide regional support,” said Stephane Bancel, CEO of Moderna .
“Our partnership with Moderna underscores the Philippines’ position in advancing healthcare and combating emerging health threats,” added Jose Manuel G. Romualdez, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the United States.
Moderna will provide enterprise solutions in the Philippines, similar to its counterparts in Warsaw, Poland, and Atlanta, USA, which were established in May 2021 and March 2022.
The Hub will initially house finance, pharmacovigilance, medical and human resources personnel, in addition to commercial functions, to support Moderna’s direct business in the Philippines.
