(News Bulletin 247) – Verisk, an American provider of insurance risk management tools, announced on Monday that it has been selected by AXA’s life and health insurance subsidiary in Egypt.
Under the terms of the agreement, the insurance giant will offer its network of Egyptian partners personalized health risk assessment tools developed by Verisk.
The objective is to automate the subscription of insurance contracts according to the answers provided by the beneficiaries to a questionnaire taking into account their pre-existing medical conditions.
In a press release, Verisk indicates that its health databases were already used by AXA in China, Vietnam and the Philippines.
Based in New Jersey, Verisk provides predictive analytics and decision support solutions for the insurance, energy and financial services industries.
Its analytical solutions enable the assessment of claims, fraud, regulatory compliance, natural resources, catastrophes, economic forecasts, geopolitical risks and also ESG issues.
