An important step is being taken to rebuild and build infrastructure in fire-affected area in Mati, as the submission of real estate declarations located within the study area of the Road Implementation Plan for the “sustainable urban development areas” -partments of the Municipalities of Marathon and Rafina -Pikermi- in the context of the preparation of the study of the implementation act of the urban study.
The Property Declaration Period is: from 23 May 2022 to 23 June 2022.
The owners and prefectures of the properties located within the boundaries of the “sustainable urban development areas” and specifically of the Urban Units are invited: EIA “Agia Marina” and MPE2 “Eye” of the Municipality of Marathon, and RPE1 “Red Harbor”, RPE2 “Skoufeika” and PPE3 “Pefkonas” of the Municipality of Rafina-Pikermi (as shown in the cadastral diagram posted on the websites of the Municipalities), to submit the required property declarations with the necessary supporting documents and legal documents.
