Digital accessibility is undeniably, at international and European level, a political, social and moral “obligation” of each state, to ensure the principle of universal planning and accessibility of services by the entire population, without exceptions and restrictions.

At the same time, it was pointed out that significant resources of the new Operational Program “Digital Transformation” 2021-2027, will be allocated to enhance independent living, which will include actions to ensure the accessibility of websites and applications for public mobile devices.

At the same time, issues were developed, such as the European strategy for digital accessibility, the role and actions of national institutions in promoting digital accessibility, while useful tools were presented for the implementation of digital accessibility standards on websites and applications for mobile devices. .
