The third generation Range Rover Sport is available with a wide range of engines
The new Range Rover Sport redefines the concept of sporty luxury, combining dynamic road performance with the distinctive quality, refined design and comfort of a Range Rover. The third generation of the model is more attractive, advanced and dynamic.
A range of efficient powertrains includes Electric Hybrid six-cylinder units with extended autonomy, a new V8 and six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines of the Ingenium generation of mild hybrid technology. A purely electric version will be launched in 2024, as Land Rover continues its journey of electrification. The Range Rover Sport is available in S, SE, HSE and Autobiography versions, while the First Edition will be available in the first year of production with special specifications.
The model has solid surfaces, dynamic silhouette and instantly recognizable profile, which stands out perfectly from stealth details and muscular proportions. The rigidity and durability of the flexible MLA-Flex architecture offers up to 35% higher torsional rigidity than the previous Range Rover Sport.
Its cornering agility is enhanced by All-Wheel Steering, Torque Vectoring by Braking and Electronic Active Differential. With All-Wheel Steering the rear axle wheels can turn up to 7.3 degrees opposite to the front, for greater flexibility and the vehicle to turn more easily at low speeds.
The Pivi Pro infotainment system includes a curved, high-resolution 13.1΄΄ floating touch screen located in the center of the modern dashboard. Controlling everything from the navigation system to multimedia and vehicle settings, it learns the user’s habits and intelligently personalizes the travel experience, turning it into a truly intuitive digital assistant.
The new P510e Electric Hybrid is designed to meet the demands of drivers looking for high performance drive, impressive efficiency and electric range of over 100 km with zero emissions. The drive seamlessly combines Land Rover’s 3.0-liter Ingenium six-cylinder petrol engine with a powerful 105 kW electric motor and 38.2 kWh battery, delivering a total of 510 hp. It has an acceleration of 0-100 km / h in just 5.4 seconds, electric range of up to 113 km and expected range in real conditions of 88 km and CO2 emissions of just 18 g / km. For longer trips, the plug-in hybrid drive system offers combined autonomy (petrol and electric) 740 km.
The flagship V8 Twin Turbo delivers 530 hp, accelerating from 0-100 km / h in just 4.5 seconds with Dynamic Launch enabled, bringing an extra level of excitement to the range.
